relax

1) examine yourself - could this be misplaced/misinterpreted energy? - adrenal (kundalini) rage is not uncommon - channel it into creative or something good - use it to build eteric or astral temple - you will miss it when its gone, so don't waste it

2) examine your environment - hopefully it will be in yourself and not stress or worldly - if it is, try to harness it and use it, but it will be like a wild horse and hard to use properly

3) examine your diet - you may have been consuming something new, or developed a reaction to something - we are in a world now where shit just happens, and new allergies and reactions can pop up suddenly and unexpectedly

i just developed an allergy to aspirin out of nowhere! part of our growth i guess - seems like the changes are coming faster too

all right..anyways how would i make/ render a eteric (what is that?) or a astral temple? and is it possible to form a shield with these excess energies and transfer some into other objects?

Anger is an emotion that results because of bottled up energy. You bottle energy up by not expressing yourself. My suggestion is that you first find the source. What is driving you to feel angry. Don't say you don't know because anger doesn't just magically happen. This means you need to search yourself, your life, indeed your diet, you spirituallity. Litterally make a list (call it a shit list (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) ) and think of ways you can deal with whatever you put down. Perhaps something there is something environmental in your life that is making you upset. Perhaps a relationship is in a rut. Maybe school/work has you overly stressed. You could even be sexually fruastrated. Really its up to you to figure it out. If your life is peachy perfect then the cause could be do to your diet, as esoterica suggests, you could have a chemical imballance which at your age is should not be over looked as a cause.

Regardless the cause of the build up energy the solution is to find an appropriate out let. If your problem rests in a relationship you need to get with that person(s) and discuss whats going on. If thats not possible then you need to vent. Try boxing or martial arts. Run a mile every day. Have sex - with protection, shoot a up a bunch a bad guys in a video game, try shooting for real (using responsibility of course, like at say a shooting range), even punch a pillow. Doesn't matter how you vent your pent up energy.

If the source of the anger is from a chemical imbalance I would avoid drugs. Self medication or perscribed. Drugs used for the purpose of treating such states of mind that are really more annoying than all consuming only inhibit the release of the energy. Its like you have an unsightly rash on your left arm so you tie it behind your back so you don't have to look at it. The rash is "invisible" and you still have your trusty right arm that you use most of the time anyways. But by tying your arm you limmit your potential ability. Drugs to control behavior do the same thing. Now of course if your state of mind is all consuming and you are serious about hurting yourself or someone then you need to get to a doctor and feel out the questionaire, fill it out honestly, then he'll perscribe you the appropriate drugs. If you don't have insurance ask for the generic form at the drug store.

Everyone gets angry; at times reasoning and remembering how to cope with anger just isn't there. People aren't disensatized Vulcans so being angry is okay. Somewhere along the line my personal realization is a separation between anger and hate. Hate leading towards a destructive end. Myself I've "somewhat" discipline myself to heightened my channeled anger even more until it just releases itself, its an odd thing but it works for me. At the end if nothing works I heard crying is okay.

maybe you just need to exercise? But nothing physically agressive.... exercizing violence might reduce inhibitions and strengthen your violent compulsions. instead of punching bags, you could take up jogging. Ive heard people who work out are not only likely to live longer than others who don't, but it also is a natural treatment for depression and mental illness cuz those people are releasing feel-good chemicals in their brains. The more consistantly you exercise, the better. Also, exercising boosts your ego AND your energy. Id hate to be a canary and reiterate what everyone else is saying but its only a popular remedy cuz it works! also, drop caffeine (induces moodswings in a lot of people) and start taking short naps. Eat bananas.

Greetings ,

This sounds familiar. It has taken me many years to get a grip on my temper and sometimes I still lose it and blow up. When the circumstances warrant it.

At your age being full of raging testosterone you might find punching a heavy bag or speed bag wonderful. With a heavy bag you can practice hitting hard. With the speed bag you build speed and cordination. Its good exercise and it releases that rage. Leaveing a feeling of satisfation.

You are in High School and you might find joining the Schools wrestling team alot of fun. If you live in a big city the Police Althletic Golden Gloves Boxing is wonderful. I did both sports at your age.

From an occult standpoint you could harness that anger and use it in magick. If I feel like I am going to blow and I should not Saying the words Banutukku, Banrabishu, and Banmaskim work excellent. At the vibration of these words demons hostile forces and negative energy flees your prsence. Simular to exorcism in nature. These are the words of calling of the 5th 6th and 7th names of Marduk. Ban means banish and the second part of the three words are types of demonic forces.

Sometimes I get in a bad mood and say nasty things unintentioanlly. When I do this I stop and say Butterfly, Sunshine, Bunny Rabbit, Rainbow. Saying these words and seeing those images in my mind relaxes me and often makes me laugh at how silly I was for speaking like the mouth of a fire breathing dragon.

Something I used to do was bottle my anger and put it away in a clost in my mind. If needed I would release that anger during sports confrontations etc. Eventually I learned that this was unhealthy. Its like putting a tea kettle over fire and putting the lid on air tight so no pressure can escape. Eventually the top blows and you blow with it. You turn green like the incredible Hulk and can possible do something extremely stupid. You have to vent the kettle and release that aggression in a constructive way.

What I learned was to control my aggression and let my feelings be known. By releasing aggression in just the right amount I can exert my will and control situations. Which means I do not get pissed off because the results of whatever happens I have controlled.

This is a no bull$hit approach of jut being real with people about how you fell and what you think and not giving a damn what anyone else thinks. The problem with this is sometimes you can unintentionally be a jerk hole. You do not want to dominate people or be controlling. You just want to exert your individual will.

Hope this helps.

Peace!

Greetings Myroku,

Meditation is great for learning to control your emotions. I always feel much more relaxed and aware after I meditate.

B-complex vitamin supplement, taken daily, may be of great benefit. Try this simple regimen for a couple weeks and you may notice a change for the better. B-vitamins are known mood enhancers/stress relievers and have worked wonders for me.
