Hi everyone, I caught a glimps of this spirit recently after doing my basic balancing rituals; LBRP, BRH, & LRP.
I didn't evoke anyone but the archangels as usual. after wards I went to bed ( I usually end up doing my rituals at night usually before bed). Anyway, As I lay there leveling out my energys, Above me I saw a vortex open that was very bright white light but with swirling black clouds like a whirlpool in front of it slightly obscuring it. I've seen this before. nothing came through it. and it started to fade.
then as I turned my eyes towards the doorway I saw two flaming eye's apear sort of oriental in shape, then the head and shoulders apeared as an outline smooth but with scales that shimmered orange,with hints of green flame as it turned away from me. It seemed REPTILIAN to me
it then vanished and the experience was over. It only lingered for a moment. I got no sense of purpose from it.
I'm thinking maybe Saraph as desciptions I've read are similar, anbody have some clues?

Hi, well I 've had certain things happen after performing LBRP etc, especailly at night for some reason. Although nothing like this. Saraph's according to biblical references were sent as a punishment form God, and resembled serpents of some kind. On the other hand Saraph according to the sacred magic of abramelin the mage is one of the demons evoked during the ritual. To be honest I have no idea what it was you saw.

Although I'd be interested to know why you think it was a Saraph. By the way are you familiar with the work of Alex Collier and his views on this type of phenomena.

That was a typo on it's name I was refering to "SERAPH" the angel of elemental fire, not the angelic order of "Seraphim" .sSrry if my mis-spelling confused you. I had been requesting assistance in getting enough energy and motivation to complete several very trying and complex projects I have unfinished. I'm in the process of recording a new album and putting a new band together, all by me onesys.
As I found out last night Seraph is just the entity to help me with the imense amounts of creative energy and stamina I need to finish these.
I also got the message that I'm to finish the work on the rest of my elemental tools mainly my fire wand and my magic wand which is already made but still not "finished" and properly consecrated. I tend to not rely on physical tools so much, aside from the basic Incense Dagger, chalice and wooden bowl of salt. It told me in order for me to get into more advanced workings these "loose ends" need to be tied up. I started by working with primarily Archangels; Raphael first, with great results h healing some serious damage to my guitar arm, left leg and neck from multiple car accidents.
I then to find the people I need for this musical mission I'm on. I had a good working with Gabriel that I recently posted.
I was saving fire for last and maybe that wasn't the right order as my Aura is pure fire. I have to bring elemental water in to me like a flood to balance it out. Sometimes when I'm charged up especially while playing my Guitar the fire around me is so intense that it engulfs those around me so that they can feel the intensity of whats inside of me. I even blew my breath out the other night at the Bar and it was like a fire breathing dragon, pure flames!!! That used to scare me because of my Christian indoctrination, but remember that God himself is pure fire,as is love.
I've never read or heard that Seraphim aresent to punish people, in fact they are the angels closest to gods throne; they circle the throne in a pillar of fire ever singing praises to the most high. Michael is the prince of them I do believe. Sure god has sent his angels to carry out his judgments, but I've never read anywhere in old or new testament that Seraphim were sent by God to punish people.
I guess I'm in the meet and greet phase of my magical development, now that I've broken free from fear of all beings I'm not "familiar with.
It's funny that all the years I was in the church they always teach that ANY MAGICAL PRACTICE is demonic and a magnet for demonic oppression. It wasn't untill I started to practice the basic rituals like LBRP & BRH that these bad entitys finally were "banished" no pun intended ha ha from my sphere of existence. In fact I find that when I begin to slack off from regular banishings and evokations of the Archangles bad things begin to happen!! It's quite amazing. I want to say that I am a true follower of Christ "Yeshua" his proper name.
Not a "religion" In fact I've been working with the Idea of Jesus As the ultimate "godform". but thats for another thread.

Just wanted to add that this is definately "SERAP" An Angel of fire.& the "reptillian" attributes are because of it's nature; like the Salamanders which he rules.. Very helpful to get unfinished things done...Energy central !!!! Very easy to evoke.

Hey, don't know if you have the book by Konstantinos, "summoning spirits", but there is a piece in there on Seraph. I quote: Angel/elemental ruler, of Fire.

" Seraph usually has a fierce expression on his smooth unlined face. He is clothed only in golden-yellow flames and has a lean well built physique. It is almost impossible to avoid looking at his blazing eyes which seem to critising your every move" Bit too poetic for me.

Adds " One of the most potent things this entity can teach is the manipulation of elemantal fire, within one's own body. As a result you can give yourself energy to accomplish whatever task you wish, whether they are magical or not. He can also teach how to make several potions to help you control this energy within yourself or others. Like Djinn, Seraph can tell you of many salamanders you can summon to accomplish a variety of purposes." There is also an accompanying sigil.

hi Loki, That's cool that you quoted Konstantino's description; AFTER the experience I dug out my copy of the book and read that desciption lol. ANd that is what pretty much confirmed it was indeed Seraph. What I saw matched this desciption exactly. I haven't really started to work with fire much. I'm still on Elemental earth since that's the first element to master. But What I was asking asistance from Uriel for for; energy and stamina to help finish some of my projectsI guess wasn't his forte. So then Seraph appeared after a working where I asked Uriel for this. I guess he refered me to Seraph lol! It turns out that I need to start with fire since my whole Aura is permeated with fire! In fact maybe too much! I've seen a spere of flames completely engulf my sphere . I think I posted a few examples.Like when I was at a bar really charged up with the energy that drives my music and other creative works; the fire was so abundant that I had to exhale some of it out and I saw flames shoot out of my mouth like a dragon!!! It used to scare me a bit because of my old fundamental christian upbringing; I had some lying spirits try ti tell me;
" look at you; you're not an agent of the light, you're saturated in Hell fire!!" Of course I know better than that. In fact it even says in the Bible; "He(God) makes his ministers flames of fire" .
It's great that I'm learning to balance the elements within myself!! something that I've really needed my whole life as too much of any one element creates problems and unbalance. Thanks for the input, It's so great to be able to communicate with all of you here on the forum since I have no group or persons I can really talk too about this wonderful stuff.
I have to learn to keep my mouth shut ha ha! I always get so excited when I make another discovery that I want to share it with my friends and family. I'm learning to keep silent as some things are not to be revealed to the un-initiated.

I rmember seeing some discription of a jinn in one Islamic book. It was sorta funny. Its one foot was stretched out almost like a slug.
I guess the drawer had an active imagination. In Islam there is no actual drawing of a Jinn for those who dont know. Various authors had tried to figure out what they looked like. Especially the one foot part.
