Was wondering if coalesces?... the title implies that each are treated separately, if so how much is given to the BoL and how workable is it as a guide to its practice?
Yes it functions well as a guide but the main thrust of the book is entering into the astral. So starts out with fortifying and empowering the subtle bodies. Then exercises for lucid dreams, astral projection, alchemical ways of projection, assumption of godforms, and building the body of light.
Most people assume the body of light is just another name for the astral body and this is just not true if you have ever studied the subject. The astral body is innate within or at least forms on its own, the body of light must be built.
