For long term alterations at the subconscious level to one's bad habits into good habits, few things are as effective as sigil work. Look into authors Spare, Hines, search the word 'sigil' and 'sigilization'/'sigilisation' (spelled with both s and z depending on who is writing). Chaos magic, etc., these subjects will give you many tools to help you get what you are looking for.

My suggestions specifically? When you do school yourself fairly well on these things, I suggest statements of intention that reflect not "I will have a perfect body" but more like, "I do not eat junk food", or "I eat healthy food" etc. - statements which crystallize a state in which you have good habits which will foster the health and beauty that you want. Working with the subconscious like this is most effective because it takes a big chunk out of the hard work involved in breaking bad habits, making good ones, and getting to that body you want.

Forget glamor magic before anyone even suggests it, it's a waste of time in the long run for what you want, and it won't hold up in front of cameras.

peace

Its important that you when you use sigil work or what have you that you not only stick to it, but that you also practice better behaviors. A simple way to do this is through gradual goal setting. So say you want to quit smoking. Set a goal to quit smoking by reducing the number of cigarettes you smoke by one per day, each week until you are done smoking. (so say you smoke 12 cigarettes a day, for the first week you'd reduce that to 11 and then the next to 10 until you are not smoking anymore)

Although this method helps reduce with drawls, the main problem is cravings and avoid situations that make you want to smoke. Addiction to nicotine is an "addiction" is a psycho-social behavior as well as something your body thinks it needs to function properly. By gradually with drawling from smoking over a period of maybe several months you are not really quiting "cold turkey" and are changing your body from thinking it needs to the nicotine to seeing it as more of a toxin instead. And if you reaffirm that nicotine is a toxin, if you quit smoking and then start up again, you'll probably get sick and that will ideally help you to not smoke again. The catch is that even when you get past the physical addiction you will still subconcsiously desire to smoke because its a behavior that you are used to than that you have used in social situations as well as a way to deal with stress. So find alternatives to help you avoid smoking - and find healthy alternatives. Don't stop smoking and then start smoking say crystal meth or some God aweful thing.

Likewise you can use a similar technique to eating better. If you eat fast food (which I admit, is sometimes simply more time efficient and convenient) but you can still find healthier alternatives too. Which really if you are model, you probably have a strict diet already. So it might not be the diet so much as maybe more exercise? There are dozens of easy ways to exercise - my personal favorite is martial arts. It is not only demanding on your body it teaches discilpline too.

I recommend that you check out Creative Visualization by Shakti, I wrote a review of it on this forum I think, being young this kind've mental work is right where you want to be. The idea is that your life is a work of art, your body is a reflection of that work, vanity is fine but if you truly wish to become a highly talented m/a/s you need to be able to step back from your body without a loving eye if you know what I mean.

For the image part. You say you allready "look good" at least in the way you describe people's reactions to you. Ill still suggest glamor though since you can project it in a way that would make your appearance suit the ideal of "beauty" in everyone. You simply create(if you know how) a glamor with the idea of "im beautiful". The reason its so general is because everyone precieves beauty diffrently.. and since you cant allways predict what each individuals ideal for most "beautiful" person is this will cover it all. Obviously glamors are limited since if you are extremely unattractive this will not fool anyone.. but if your allready looking good or ok enough for most people this might fool their subconcious and filling in some gaps that are lacking(also glamor doesnt allways work on close friends and family that know you very well and are used to the way you allready are). Glamor could catch up with the people you allready know well after prolonged use.

Regarding the wanting to exercise and improve muscle tone and all that.. I would suggest doing simple visualisation techniques to show you subconcious how you would like to be and what you are aiming for. This combined with your phisical efforts could turn out very beneficial and speed up the process. Even shape it more into the direction of the mental image you created. This is of course minor but if it helps why not use it? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/13.gif) You just see yourself as you are and then mold it into what you would like to be(again not going overboard into fantasy land of avatar or something like that hehe) and then whenever you see yourself in your mind use the newely constructed you as blueprints for the desired outcome.

Best of luck! these are personal things i would use in your situation. Hope they help.
