Auto-healing, Getting healed automatically Options

We are all living in an ocean of invisible conscious healing energy. It is our ignorance & doubt about this infinite reservoir of healing energy that comes in way of our getting healed automatically by It. Auto-healing is different from self-healing. In self-healing, you heal yourself by putting an effort. In auto-healing, you have implicit & unconditioned trust and confidence in this divine healing energy which heals you without your making any request to It even as a mother feeds a child without the child making any request to her.

If you could give techniques for this, I would appreciate them! To blythely say that we are surrounded by healing energy and that we need but to tap in and heal ourselves without giving a clue on this process is disappointing.

For getting healed automatically, a person should be a good channel for the divine energy to flow into him. A person has to become like a hollow & smooth ( from inside ) flute so that Divine can breathe into him the required healing energy to make him produce a healthy musical tune. Though this healing energy pours into you through all pores of your body, it mainly flows through chakras located in the spinal cord. This healing energy is of the variety of Love. Just as a pipe gets de-choked of clogs & cobwebs if more water passes through it even so more you wish love and healing to others, better you become a receptacle for the healing.
Next point to be considered is that of toxins, dross & mucus in your system. They block healing. They get into your system due to unhealthy physical & psychological intakes. So they are to be ejected out through breathing exercises, mantras, prayers, meditations and group interactions.
Lastly there is a point of karma to be considered and also whether you chose the disease out of volition, before being born on earth, in the astral sphere in consultation with your master for tapering out the karma and learning lessons by way of undergoing such experiences.

I kind of figured that out already. It's pretty much like saying that the universe will give you a new pool... you must hire the contractors, have the right work ethic to come by the money/or have the right karma to be rich, and then find a backhoe. If and only if you do these things will you get your pool. I do agree about keeping the 'temple' up however as this can cause illness and disease down the line.

In order that you may become a fit receptacle for auto-healing, you may carry out following practices :
(a) Close your eyes and say following prayer :-
'O pulsating & throbbing holy conscious Truth-Existence-Bliss-Intelligence-Light-Energy, you are within & without me. O soothing all-aware all-knowing healing golden Fluid, you know all my maladies & remedies. Peace & Knowledge spring forth from you even as all that is good, beautiful and harmonious. O shining & sparkling violet Light, your sparks dispel darkness from my body, mind and soul. I see you enter into me as a shaft of Golden Light through my crown chakra and permeate me so as to suffuse all my cells with luminosity. Next I see a spherical ball of healing Diamond Light originating in my heart region and expanding to envelope my physical & astral bodies. The two lights merge and I float in the ocean of bright liquid Light. I see all sicknesses and diseases of my body, mind and soul being soaked, absorbed and adsorbed by this Intelligence-Light, then grabbed by It and finally thrown into salty sea for being broken up into harmless energy. Healing wonders take place in my physical, astral and causal bodies. All dark negative energy is removed from inside of me and my gross-subtle-causal matrix is completely cleansed & emptied of material energy so as to be filled with Spiritual Energy. I can see my brain, eyes, ears, gums, teeth, throat, lungs. heart, spine, liver, kidneys, pancreas, spleen and intestines being fully healed. All my ailments stand cured. I am made Holy & Divine. For this above prayer to be more effective, it may be read / said in group and with proper & respective imaginations and visualizations.
(b) Breathing exercises :-
(i) Sit in a comfortable posture and close your eyes. Inhale for 4 counts, hold in for 4 counts, exhale for 6 counts and hold out for 2 counts. This makes one cycle. You can do 7 cycles at a stretch.
(ii) Sit in a comfortable posture and close your eyes. Now mentally chant 'so' synchronizing with inhalation. Next mentally chant 'ham' synchronizing with exhalation. Repeat and continue for about 10 minutes.
( c ) Mantra :-
You can repeat the following mantra either by writing or by vocalizing it :
'om mani padme hum.'
