Need Some Help Options

A friend of mine did a cemetary thinger the other night, and got a recording of a man saying "Medistos", and we have yet to figure out who or what that is. I was wondering if anyone here might have possibly heard of this, and if you have any information regarding it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry Hun, I tore through every reference I had, google, and translations to every language I could find, the only thing remotely close all had to do with a company
