Hello everybody., Amatuer newbie here. Options

Hello to everyone on this forum. This forum looks good (as i haven't seen much of it still), the members sound friendly (i haven't seen much bad words or fighting even in the 'Fight Club") & has lots of info about Occult subjects.

I am Vishwas, a normal (or abnormal) Aquarian, who is interested in Occultism. I (like most Aquarians) used to read a lot about Astrology, Numerlogy, & Chinese Astrology. But the truth be told what sparked of my interest in Occultism & magic were all those books & stories i read & movies i saw, especially those damn Harry Potter books, & other books about magic, i was more deeply interested in other froms of Occultism, i have been trying to get more info on Witchcraft, Black Magic, Voodoo, Cheirology, Plamistry, Traot Cards, & other Occult subjects. I have heard of more forms of Occultisim after coming to this forum.

Now as i have mentioned i am a newbie to this. An amatuer would be far fetched as i haven't started practising yet, but intented to do very soon. I am attracted to this subjects very much, & would love to spend as much free time possible on reading & practising about this. But i cannot afford a membership in the site right now, nor have a credit card to buy stuff online. But am still searching for e-books on these subjects, as much as possible to learn about the subjects deeply.

Something which i would like to tell is that what ever i learn from this site, i will try to help others by it & give the info to others to, so that i will be able to help other who can inturn learn these to help mankind in general.

It will be helpful, if someone can tell me where i can learn more about all these subjects from the basic (begineer) level, as my mind needs a lot of info about anything & everything.

As i have said in another post, i would even like to know where to get a geniune wand (a cheap one ofcourse).

And even if i trust & believe the Occult subjects, i have some questions which will be posted by me, it will be helpful if someone can reply them.

Two of them are "Is there any spell or thing which can improve a person or a group of people's health, If there is such a spell, or does it have to be built. & if it is cast by a person, can they do it without affecting themself in anyway?" & "if I or anyone were to build spells, what would they need to know to build them, & how will they know if the spell works or not before trying it on the person or group of people?".

I tend to write a lot of stuff, sorry if u felt it was very long & boring.

I've only joined recently but I'll try to answer things as best as possible.

You seem to be very interested in spellcraft. A good place to start is right here on the forums or there are other places on the net worth peeking into. Most of them are geared towards a certain path or tradition, but it's not so hard to weddle out the key elements.

A good book in general, with little bias, is "Power Spellcraft for Life" byArin Murphy-Hiscock. You might not be able to get to it right away but I definately recommend it to anyone interested in spellcraft and just starting out. Very informative and well written.

There are also lots of places on the net you can get books. Mostly grimoires and tomes, which is beneficial if you have an interest in ceremonial magick at all.

As for building spells, hte biggest limitation is your imagination. Sure therer are tools and rituals and procedures, but if you're talking pure spellcraft sans tradition or path, you can write your own and it can be as simple or complex as you wish.

My workings usually involve me, some energy and a simple phrase I repeat a certain number of times (you said you've read about numerology--I find this helps when choosing numbers to repeat things). Sometimes I use a candle or a petition. All very simple methods and all equally powerful. Mostly its finding the one that works for you.

Anyhow...I can certainly commiserate with you about a lack of funds! But most magic deals with the mind and training ourselves to think in certain ways, etc. This will cost you nothing but time and patience. There is a great deal of info here within the various threads and there will be some occasional, free downloads. Look for them. I look forward to reading your posts and thoughts about any of the subjects listed. Remember to build a strong foundation before winging forth on some fancy. The foundation will always serve you both within and without occultism/magic. There are any number of meditative yechniques listed here that will cost you nothing (...save time and patience...). bym, thanx for the advice. I reread my post & i felt it came a bit close to spell begging. But rest assuered i am not here for spell begging. But i am here to deeply learn & practice different forms of Occultisim. But yes i will certainly beg (Ask) the members to help me learn or teach me certain things about the Occult subjects, provided they don't mind.

I think i need a teacher or a guide into all this, it will be certainly helpful if someone can answer my idiotic quires, as i ask a lot of questions.

Since my spoken language isn't english, i tend to write something & try explaining it, so once again sorry for this long & boring post.
