My fiance and I have been having some tough times with my new job and some old issues. He's very angry with me and I want to reconcile. I'm new to the practice and am just learning from anyone who will talk with me or will send me on my way to a good book.

Any suggestions for a spell for reconcilation?

Spell doesn't sound like quite the right word to me, what about something healing?

Maybe you could ask for a healing technique (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Why are you taking time out to ask for advice from complete strangers online when you should be sitting down and talking honestly and openly to you fiance?

Don't waste your life with magick when you could be living your life instead. Don't abdicate responsibility for your life to some magickal entity or force... get out and LIVE!

You manifest your own reality much of the time. If you want to manifest a relationship built on you trying to manipulate your fiance with magick and secrecy then that is the reality you will manifest. I would rather be in a relationship built on honesty and openness, and i'm talking from direct experience of a marriage that ended with me being lied to and cheated on.

Magick is good fun, but remember that it is like a dog. You throw a stick, it fetches. You take it for a walk, not the other way around.

Worst example ive ever came across lol. What about those dogs that haven't been 'domesticated' by the 'domesticated' mankind, you throw them a stick and watch them run off into the distance never to return lol.
I don't particularly see magick as 'fun', its not something you do, its something you are!
Simonsmom, you want your fiance to reconcile with you and you want the anger and old issue to begone, well like I said, you are the magick! show him the magick and then once you're comftable together there will probably be a perfect moment where you can bring up some(not all) of your issues...... open the wounds, so the can truly heal. Its all about TIMING.
Peace.
Al

Hello simonsmom.

I try to stay away from love-related spells because I prefer true love not forced --but that's not to say I never worked a few in my lifetime...

My suggestion to you are to work this situation out on the mundane level and just keep talking and being close with your boyfriend. But, if it would make you feel better, do some research --go to your public library, look on the Internet, or go to some book stores --take notes on the love/relationship spells you like and formulate something that feels right for you.

All spellwork should come with a warning label: "Be careful what you ask for because you just might get it." This is very true. Please be careful and mindful of what you ask for when working magic.
