I have done it!
On May 13, full moon, at 11 pm I began the ritual to house a servitor/mentet in my board. The ritual itself took over an hour, and a few more to recover/rest.
Now the juicy details:
I began by mentally preparing myself for a few weeks before hand--meditation, visualization exercises and just spending time thinking of my servitor. Eventually a name pops into my head and I cross referenced it with my own runes that I've developed. The name is perfectly balanced when written in my words (more over, each letter has signifigance and meaning, in the order they're in. Forgive me for not going deep into detail here--it would take a long time and require a lot of pictures (IMG:

So I thought of Olion-Iodo for a good time. Several titles came to me to use, but I settled only on a handful: Prince of Pavement, Lord of the Stone River, Footbearer, He Who Spins The Wheel, The Sleeping Lion.
The last one he kind of insisted upon, or I got the feeling he really liked it. So it was decided.
Departing from a conventional system (planets, kamea, sephiroth, etc) I applied my own world views and thoughts. Olion-Iodo is a Son of Vara, and inherits all aspects thereof. Which are befitting his duties: Guard me from injury, Guide me in learning, Serve me swiftly and faithfully.
His life span is a year and a day, because its familiar and easiest (plus it sound so poetic). But I built in a failsafe in case things get out of hand for some reason. There is a word, that is the antithesis of Olion-Iodo. Spoken three times with intent it will totally quell and destroy the servitor (but he promises he'll be good). This word is also etched onto my board.
The ritual itself:I started by clensing and clearning myself and the area. Meditated, got to an altered state, then using a dagger I preformed an opening of the four Pure Lands. Then with everything in place I drew three circles, gave praise to gau, devi and lubra. Then I began the opening prayers (all of this is in my own language, until the main body of the working).
For the main body of the ritual I had the board in front of me. I did a Call, then named the new spirit (Olion-Iodo) and chanted the name while visualizing and raising energy. I presented the "body" he would inhabit, he agreed to inhabit it. I gave him his duties, he seemed content with them. I began chanting and visualizing and rasing energy again. While doing this I took a gold broad tip marker and did a tag-sigil of Olion-Iodo's name on the top of the board, where it would get least wear. Then I drew a reclining lion beneath it. I peaked and gave the power over to the sigil-spirit. He was snug inside, but I kept a connection by chanting his name.
Then at the bottom of the board I made another tag-sigil of his Anti-Name, explained what it was and what it would do, the rules under which it would function, his life span and he agreed to behave and said I wouldn't need to use the word. I peaked again and gave the small bit of energy to the word. After that I burned some cinnamon incense to Olion-Iodo, which he liked, and bid him sleep.
I went and watched some Outer Limits, ate a sandwitch and rested for a few hours before I felt normal enough to go to bed
