Energy Sighs Or Deteriorating Eye Sight?, anyone with similar experiences? Options

Hello back everybody,

Well I would like to know if other have had similar experiences when trying to do energy manipulations etc...

I have read of other threads where sometimes sparks appear in the vision etc... Mine is a bit like that, i get to get sparky threads especially after an exercise... but sometimes when i concentrate like for instance when looking at a fixed object, i get to see bright multicolored dots... i dont know if they are in a fixed position or if they move as my eyes move because as soon as i move my eyes, they tend to disappear...

furthermore after some meditations, especially in the dark or when i close my eyes, i see white flashes like a car passing in a dark tunnel with the lights moving further and further... its like there is white light or mist moving from my eyes to the horizon.. like its sending waves of some sort...

Just want to know if i should consult a doctor or its an energy disbalance...

I'm no doctor but... I would consult an optometrist if you have any doubt about what you are experiencing. It would be terrible to loose ones sight. Better safe than sorry, you know. There are some pretty serious eye conditions that involve seeing flashes of light, but it could also be something normal. I'd see a doctor.

The white flashes during and after meditation according to author Robert Bruce is your third eye stirring. As far as your other experiences, it wouldnt hurt to see a doctor as suggested as a yearly visit to the eye doctor is a GOOD THING. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blablabla.gif)
