Smasher666- I will try this method the next time The Dark Night of the Soul arrives. Keep in mind most of us (unfortunatly!!!!) do not have the space or place to do these rites--so we must utilize alternative (to the mage--but normal to the vulgar) methods such as deduction of WHY the spirit aches! What is the source, why did the seed get planted at the source and so on and so forth. But, regardless--I would much rather use your method----the seed that grew can be cut out at the roots!

I have worked very diligently in simplifying my rituals over the years because I live in New York City and have not always had a backyard to work in as I do now.

Actually heres what u would do---trace out the ARRA star (pentagram) while saying BANRABISHU and when the star is done say BANMASKIM w/ force while open hand attacking the center of the ARRA star. Do this to the four directions starting in the north position going to east then to south then to west.
