i know that samkhya has 25 tattvas, an shaivism has 36, but what are the actual tattvas?

i don`t think you can ask, what the "actual" number of tattvas are. i don`t really know the content of the philophosies you are talking about, but there might be reasons why the numbers differs in the systems.
but i don`t think it is not really inbortant what the actual number is.
