These are good basics for the beginner and easier to understand than reading it from a book I think.

True, but I would it read also to get a more indepth understanding. It seems too many are trying to take short cuts, but your right things like this could help beginers get their feet wet. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Redhand

Horrible to listen to....though it's decent somebody bothered to put it up. The Middle Pillar should be joyful and invigorating.

A while back I practised the Middle Pillar on a regular basis and the effects were astonishing to me. I really could notice the difference it made to me on a daily basis.

However, as with so many things, it went by the by and now I'm struggling to get back into it. Perhaps these vids were what I needed to give me a push - thanks.
