Greetings,
For me I often remember only my normal dreams more. That is, of course, if I'm not keeping a record of travels. This is most likely due to the fact that my AP and lucid dreams are far more tame than my normal dreams. These dreams are the reason why I fist started looking in to lucid dreams.

As for OBEs cannot say they leave an impression on me. I often find myself drifting out of myself, during a particularly dull lecture of- and this I when it happens the most- employee pep rally.

Cosmic consciousness is devoid of diversity; yet the universe of diversity exists in notion....
We contemplate that reality in which everything exists, to which everything belongs,
from which everything has emerged, which is the cause of everything and which is everything....
The light of [this] self-knowledge alone illumines all experiences. It shines by its own light.
This inner light appears to be outside and to illumine external objects.

I remember my normal dreams every night at this point, I've been keeping records for a long time. If I go lucid, I still have a tendancy to lose big chunks of it, so that my memory isn't continuous. Astral projection I remember nearly every detail although i didn't at first. OOBE's I rarely remember fully yet, and rarely have them full on. Sometimes during AP it happens, but it's brief at this point.

I generally remember lucid dreams the best, as these seem to be the most emotionally charged for me. Also, I am usually quite pleased at having the increased level of control over the content, that I tend to remember the experience more vividly. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/yahoo.gif)

I can generally remember my regular dreams, unless I am rushed in the morning and do not have time to contemplate before arising.

Lucid dreaming is the only one mentioned where concsiousness is required. If you're concsious you're better able to remember things. Then again if you have trained your mind to remember dreams it may be easier to remember the whole experience of a normal dream as a pose to a LCD. If you're adept enough at astral projection, again you're more conscious, more able to recognize whats going on and thus able to make better concrete memory. But one does not need to be conscious to AP alone.
