I have a different look at guides and dreams now. kind of looking at it from a scientific and logical view with alot of insight. espeacilly how the mind works and how the the mind comunnicates to its lower self. I think that what were doing is oppening up a connection with our subconcience and influenced the way we communicate with it. your not always aware of your subconciene. I think we dip back in forth. but from were we get some impressions its not clear to me yet.

I think magick is like something that helps us use are psychic ability. because belief is a powerfull barrier and can increase your power. so magick is just a key to unlocking are own potential. magick has no power on its own. our own minds are the key. it just helps us unlock it. its something made up with the intention of allowing you to believe that the magick can allow you to do that, but all your doing is allowing yourself to believe. If you dont believe you can do it. you will never do it.
what IF spirits are portions of our own minds. they are just hidden part of our personality. or perhaps we are a micrcosim of the macrocosm and therefore linked to the universe in that way.
are spirit guides a higher part of ourselves or is it from our ability to connect to something otherworldy or a collective unconsence, or both ?????

The spontaneous thoughts of the unconsence personality result in one’s unique world.
Every thought begins with a idea; think of an idea and many thoughts will follow.
The thoughts that you hear are part of your personality, just only the ones that you listen to determine your view of reality. Even though we may not know it, reality is constantly changing. Reality is based on a balance of your unique experiences and your bias upon them.
But where does the does the unconsense thoughts come from when there are no experiences?

All thought arises from the subconscious, which in it's turn receives direction from the super-conscious mind. However, what the 'normal consciousness' generates off of the information which arises from the subconscious, is far more profuse than what the subconscious itself actually expresses. Hence, the state of confusion and chaotic thinking typical of the average adult human. Unless you practice meditation, you are never aware of your subconscious. Communication with the subconscious depends on the ability to stop thinking. Then, each time a thought arises from that level, you can be sure it is from the subconscious. And this is a basic skill of the adept. You are correct that we 'open up a connection' through various practices, in the sense that we establish a system of communication - realistically, we are always in contact with the subconscious, the mind merely distorts what is 'heard'.

Not quite. Magick is the application, not the key in itself. Belief could be considered a key, but one of several. Realization would be a better word than belief. There is an absolute, objective reality, as well as a subjective one, they are not mutually exclusive. Realization of that objective aspect leads to awakening, which ensues the various 'manifestations' of 'magick'. Causing those manifestations is what we call magick.

All is All, and the All is mental in nature. There is only one consciousness, with many contexts within it. Within that, there are higher contexts, and lower contexts. So you are half right. Because there is only one consciousness, that of the All, we are all part of the same pool. However, within that, as I said there are many contexts, some higher, some lower. So from your context, the entities are in fact separate. However, their existence interpenetrates our lower context. You might say, you're a part of their lower consciousness. It's a bit more complicated than that, but that should get you started.

Those thoughts are not spontaneous, but you're again half right. The 'spontaneous thoughts' you are talking about are the immediate cause, however, there are a chain of causes that go deeper than that, so don't stop there.
The same goes for the next statement, a thought is immediately preceded by an idea, but the chain of causes just within your own sphere, goes deeper than that, not to speak of the influences beyond your immediate sphere. Again, keep digging.
Now, as for the third part, your thoughts -are- your personality, not just a part of it. Even the ones you "don't listen to." Those especially determine your view of reality, even more than the thoughts you are aware of. This is the chaos of the average mind that composes the illusion of reality as you know it. Quiet the chaos, and the true reality appears gradually through the parting of the 'mist'. Reality does not change constantly, rather, our interpretation of it changes. True reality is an eternal constant. Really the problem is calling what we commonly experience 'reality' when in fact it is not, by the strictest definition of the world. Reality implies objective, when we commonly observe only the subjective. So, subjective reality is based on your unique experiences, etc... but not objective reality. That reality is the same for everyone. This is exemplified by the fact that everyone has a first person perspective. No matter what else might be different for everyone, that is a constant. THe other objective constants arise from this first one.
If there is no experience, one is non-existent. Unless you mean, how can you have a thought relating to something you have not experienced. IN this interpretation, it can be explained that what you have 'experienced' is like a portion of the All that you have explored, while that which you have not experienced is like terrain you have not been to yet. Think of a map your mind is keeping. However, on occasion thoughts can arise from the superconscious, (descend, really) into the subconscious, and then into the conscious mind, from a place that the subconscious and waking conscious have not been. Doing this spontaneously is called intuition, or a function of it - doing it purposefully is clairvoyance/-sentience/-audience, etc. Essentially it is the basis of many psychic abilities regarding the retrieval of information one is not directly experienced in.

You're doing good, keep going. Congratulations!

peace
