Hi everyone,

So I have been preparing mentally for a week now and myself and a spiritual friend
are going to attempt to summon Vassago. I have a question and a request that I
would like to ask of him. However, we aren't going to use a circle/triangle all we are
going to use is good quality incense, and three candles. In my perception of Vassago
I see him as a demon, not a element. I feel in myself it is very disrespectful to be asking
requests from Vassago yet 'protecting myself from him'. My sources for the conjuration
are listed herehttp://www.angelfire.com/empire/serpentis666/DEMONOLATRY.html
It involves praying to Satan to summon
the power of the goetia. Do you think this will work? I have 200% belief that it is going to work
and nothing will stop it. I would just like to see your views and thoughts as we are both extreme
begginers in this field. I appreciate it

Stuart.

What, by your estimate, is the relationship between Satan and Vassago?

Vassago has been credited with answering to many different conjurations. You might enjoy "Blood Orgy of the She' Devils" which is oddly a PG-13 sort of film, in which Vassago is the spirit invoked by the witches.

I don't know about the relationship between them, but I had seen somewhere that Satan posessed authority
over the goetia. In my personal beliefs I always thought Satan created all demons/Djinns and gave them their hierarchical
positions? If I am mistaken I am truely sorry, I really am new. Do you think me and my friend should go ahead with the
conjuration? I guess the only protection we have is the 'license to depart'. But however, I do place a large amount of trust
in Vassago and from the posts I have seen, he is the friendliest. I dont know if he will be friendly to me as I have christian ties with God however, My beliefs have changed.

Take care

Stuart.

Greetings Shogunronin,

IMHO(in my humble opinion) I can't begin to try and unravel your belief knot. I wish you well but I fear that you will miss your mark.
That doesn't mean failure to 'conjure' an entity but whether or not Vassago will appear...we'll see.

Yes...Demonalatry stresses this point. IMHO, it is false. Why would someone (?) be offended with you if you are using body-armor?

Vassago definately is NOT an elemental. Those crappy texts you're reading are so wrong it makes my teeth itch.

Then why are you studying Demonalatry?
Why not give Goetics a try when dealing with its entities. The Lemegeton has all you'll need when attempting these conjurations.
Younger people tend to gravitate towards Satanism and Demonalatry when first starting out but that is another thread.
What do you expect to happen if you are answered...especially unprotected? Have you thought about what state of mind you'd find yourself in? Think on it.

Again...then why are you asking questions? BTW, IMHO, Vassago is an it.
Humans oftimes confuse the idea of gender when dealing with (spiritual) entities...it makes them easier to understand.
Good Luck to you! I hope that your experiment proves fruitful! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/i_triangle.gif)

PS Satan didn't create anything other than dissent.

"My sources for the conjuration

Hi, according to the link you gave, whoever wrote this website also states that "there's no need to use a license to depart". Vassago is on the whole one of the "safer" spirits to work with, but I would be very cautious about what this person is writing. Have you looked at other resources? as you say you are beginners.

If theres a chance that you successful with the conjuration, have you thought what you would do if the spirit decides not to leave. The triangle is used to bind the spirit, so it anwers truthfully, and goes when you tell it. The other possibilty is you may well attract something else, through the conjuration, and IMHO without protection of some kind, leaves you open.

By the sounds of it you have never done this before, would you go racing motorbikes without the proper protection of a helmet and leathers, and learning to ride the bike, while "respecting" the forces of gravity, acceleration and de-acceleration and what they can do to the flesh and bone, if you crash. Just my opinion. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blablabla.gif)

I guess we could carry some sort of blessing of the house with a bible present and belief God will bless the house including ourselves, if things go wrong. I just want to thank everyone who replied to this thread it really has been a great help. The only last question I have is.. how is Vassago pronounced? Is it how it is written?

and yes, I feel when he does show up I may be a little shaken as I have never conjured a spirit of this position before. Maybe Vassago will know this and be friendly. I do feel it will be a educating experience.

"I have never conjured a spirit of this position before"

Does this imply you have conjured spirits before?

." I do feel it will be a educating experience"

If he shows up it will be an education. Good luck. And I hope your endeavours are successful.

I used to try and communicate with spirits using a pendulum. However, I wasn't successful.
Does anyone know how ''Vassago'' is pronounced orally? It would be a great help as I dont
wanna mispronounce his name!

I will probably post late on Saturday with my results to the conjuration. Than I wont post on this
thread anymore as I dont want it to outstay it's welcome!

Thank you.

Stuart.

Stuart, please let us know how everything progresses...even if it doesn't work (or does) as planned. We are all here to learn and your experiences are just as valid as the next. We look forward to your participation, newbie or not, it is just as valuable for further studies.
We are never to old to learn! (Yes, even stuffy old me...!) Thanks! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

Whoa, whoa, whoa, LOL.

Seriously, if you want to evoke him safely, don't use any name to evoke him by. Say for example "I evoke you by the divine". You don't have to evoke him by any name other than his own (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Bym gives great advice on this stuff, but if you really insist on doing it your way, PLEASE get something like Van Van oil, or a banishing incense that doesn't rely on any gods. Check my signature link for some great stuff, or do this at least:

Get a bottle of water, put some salt in it, mix it up and put it in a spritzer. Spray a couple bottles of that all over your house. After that, get some frankincense and burn that all over your house as well.

DO NOT use a paper seal! At least go to an art supply store and get parchment! OR, get a square of leather, draw the seal from the PETERSON edition of the Lemegeton (you can find it at esoteric-archives.com) and draw a double circle around that, with the name around it. The seals from the mathers/crowley edition are not that good. This works VERY well. OR, even better than all of that, get a square of silk and draw the seal on there. Silk works really well for this, and they love it.

After you try the evocation, if you get the van van, put a few drops of that in a spritzer of water, and spray that around your house. If you can get some also, mix the water 50/50 with florida water.

And one last thing: Don't try to make your own van van, the recipes online are crap! Get it from a good hoodoo practitioner (lucky mojo is not that good).

Good Luck!
