There are some who claim that 9/11 was mega ritual .

Nobody is building anything where the twin towers used to be. It's a hole in the ground. And the spirits in that place are spirits of despair, loss, and destruction. They have very little to say, but they certainly do not say anything about plans for any stargate.

The rest is debatable, but that particular suggestion just struck me as total BS.

It's not a hole in the ground. They started building the Freedom Tower like a year and a half ago where the twin towers were.
