Any links to good information on Kundalini and it's meditations and history would be awesome. I'm looking into more kinds of energy meditation and all that. So if anyone has any links to any other types of energy meditation that'd be cool too. I've been looking into some sort of Kan and Li thing. I already have information on the LBRP and chakras and chakra meditations. So anything else would be nice.

The real thing: a ebook by Swami Shivananda at http://www.sivanandadlshq.org/download/kundalini.htm

or

The very slick 3HO Kundalini Yoga site (Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan) at http://www.3ho.org/kundalini-yoga/kundalini-yoga-yb/

Almost every Web link you see in a search of "kundalini yoga" will bring up a Web site for some studio or org that is affiliated with the 3HO folks.
--This is the group I studied with btw (studied and then taught this kind of yoga for about 8 years or soO, but I think other forms of Kundalini yoga are more authentic if not as well-marketed).

This is a link about a set of Tibetan exercises in a nutshell, derived from a good little book called "The Five Tibetans"

Kundalini Yoga FAQ page : http://www.eecs.berkeley.edu/~keutzer/kund...alini-yoga.html

Laya Yoga and Kriya Yoga are other names for Kundalini Yoga (or were before all these names were "trademarked" and marketed by celebrity gurus and yogis. I couldn't find much on the Web that I would recommend regarding these terms.
