Zap!! Options

Last night I was trying to AP. I useually try laying down in bed because that is the most comfortable place for me. Anyways.. I was trying and then as usual I started to go to sleep. But only seconds after I started to go to sleep I felt a shock on my finger that woke me up! It felt like just like a mild electrical shock It was really wierd... Has this happened to anyone else before?

Ha yes, this happens to me all the time. I think it has to do with my energy... I'm not sure what exactly but I freaked out the first time too. It happens alot to me now, I guess the occurance grows with the power. Don't worry about it. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wizard.gif) ZAP!!

Greetings ... it is possible that life force/biochemical/bioelectrical energy travelled into your hands/fingers and merely discharged ... like an static electric shock .... I find that the extremities are discharge points .... a little like lightning striking trees to discharge ....

It is common to feel energy build up in the fingers and for the energy to discharge in this way. Try deliberately pushing the energy into your fingers and building it to then discharge it ... zap something flimsy like a greeting card which is easy to move .... you'd be amazed just how easy it is to do it!

H-W-W if you WERE truly a Reiki Master as you claim ... you'd know what the phenomenon was ... you would have the discipline too which would ensure your channels and system was closed down and under your will to prevent discharges in this way .... Reiki practitioners view their energies as precious; their instruments are the hands and discharges of this manner are common .... it is a recogniseable phenomenon.

Yes, I know everyone now wants to attack my claims. Reiki masters don't know everything.

If you carry on claiming to be something without providing evidence then expect to be challenged. And if Reiki Masters don't know everything why do you feel the need to post in almost every thread on these boards? - Mediocracy

Other than claiming to be anything, please do share your knowledge on existing topics. You can also start a new topic if you have a question or simply want to share quality information, or even tutorials. Claiming this and that do NOT add any practical and usefull information which the rest of us can use. ~ Kinjo

I don't claim to know everything, usually when I post in every topic I want to learn about it.
