hello,
i'm in a very big wonderment, while doing the middle piller, i have had various expierences.the most bewildering are the appearance of spirits.
i've been doing middle piller for less than a year,why are so many things going on so quickly,especaily since , some of them i did not call.

Well, I find what you say very exciting and thrilling and perfectly normal. I mean, rituals are like doorways into other worlds, you ritual, the doors open and voila! you are at a party (IMG:style_emoticons/default/banana.gif)

Consider yourself fortunate, some people struggle to either recognize or even see other the other things. However, if you feel that the pace is a little fast, take it a bit easier whilst you adjust to your new mental landscapes, don't want to worry you, but some people become a little disturbed if they overload. Other than that, enjoy it but banish well.

I hope you are writing down these things in some kind of journal; I think you will look back fondly on them.

What you describe is not a normal reaction to the MP ritual. The MP has no invoking aspect to it in and of itself other than divine energies. Now it is possible that the use of the ritual has strengthened your astral senses so you are beginning to see what was already there all along. Or the new brightness of your aura is attracting astral junk to you. Do you use a banishing? Generally you are supposed to do a banishing before and after the MP. Try this and see if that solves your problem.

I agree, you should do a banishing like the LBRP before the MPR. Or even better you can do the Rose Cross Ritual since it has the effect of curtaining your aura and calming your mind. What you are seeing might not be spirits but subconcious images, either your's or those of other's floating around in the astral plane. If I were you I'd be happy that my astral senses are opening up. But if you want peace during your rituals than the banishing should give you that.

Imagine starting a bon fire that can be seen for miles in every direction. That's what happens on the astral plane when you do an effective middle pillar exercise. So it's always wise to perform the LBRP or some other type of banishing before and after the MP. Many spirits are just checking you out, others may have an agenda.

Thats true. I know it smacks of a recent movie however it is true that "You see them and they see you". Doing the middle pillar excercise is like turning on the beacon of an airport. Anything in the general astral area so to speak is going to be alerted to your presence. Imagine standing on the balcony of an old lighthouse at night and then having someone turn the light on. Thats what its like. Everything around basicly says Oh !@#$! whats that? Lets go see.

Yes and no. Keep in mind that you are pulling in divine energies into your sphere of sensation. In time it becomes perminent or more correctly better aligned with those energies. So anything nasty is not going to like it at all and other spirits such as angels become easier to work with. They are more willing to help since you put off the same "vibe" as their boss so to speak.

I just wanted to comment here that doing the LBRP, Middle Pillar lights up the astral plane and yes any curious entitys will come to see the "light show".

I was very close to my grandmother before she passed and I've noticed latley that when I do my inital LBRP, I can usually see her standing just out side my "circle" and always behind me over my right shoulder. My point being that my purpose here is not to communicate with my grandmother, but this is a "side" affect of lighting up the astral plane. I will usually tell her to take a few steps back or to leave the area before I do my final banishings. She will comply and leave the area, I finish with another LBRP.

Noticed that I said that any spirits that are hanging around are OUTSIDE my circle as they cannot place harm on myself so I usually don't worry about it.

As my astral senses developed I didn't need to do the LBRP to see the spirits anymore, they are always there now, even the "little nastys"

"Less then a year" translates to what exactly?

Also, how long were you practicing the LBRP ( daily ) before taking on the MPR as part of your [daily?] routine?

In Kabbala balance= movement or action so you wshould not be surpriced about a few things occuring.

However, since the MP deals with Sephirotic powers i think a LBRH is adviceable, before and after (in combination with LBRP).

It is also important to think of your "intent".
It might not intentiously (IMG:style_emoticons/default/oops.gif) be thqat you call those spirits appearing but your mindset migfht allow for it.

Clear the area very thouroughly, banish qand "see" all the energies, worries and disturbances dissolve behind the Pentagrammes and Hexagrammes THEN perform the MP
balancing yourself.

If something appears outside the circle, who cares?
If you dont invite it in let it stand there with its nose against the window, the circle travels with you as you end the work anyway
as a part of your aura.
