Does anyone know about shelling like a shield or psi weapon

Can you be more specific? I have used basic CM technique to defend my self from psychic attack. As far as using for a weapon, that would go against my personal ethics. There is a rite called The Middle Pillar and The Body of Light that builds up the energy body that can be used for psychic defense. I have used this my self.

I have found a technique using what I call pyshic mirrors useful. I construct an barrier around myself with layers of mirrors facing outward so they reflect ourwards. That way what ever is sent is usually sent back quick smart. It is not fool proof but it works well most of the time. I had some trouble with an entity a while back that it I had to use more forceful methods with, but for the most it has done me well.

thank you for your suggestion i have found a method that works it's kinda like the mirrors you described. i create a water like field around me that absorbs energy around me and also any attack or since it water i just image it to turn to ice and reflect the energy back or at least away from me.
