 Metal Spirit Seals, their use

I have 2 spirit seals but they are not on parchment, they are engrved on metal (one copper, one brass i believe). Are they able to be used in any way a parchment sigil could be used? Im pretty sure its fine, but I just want to make sure here.

Assuming you're talking about Goetia spirits, then they're supposed to be engraved on metal in the first place, given that you've put the right spirit's sigil on the right metal, then it's better than having it written on a piece of parchment. Parchment sigils are usually put IN the triangle, while you wear the one of metal around your neck.

If the metal coresponds....(like copper to venusian spirits...etc.)...I can say that is better than parchment....
