Thank you bym. Is the library the place to find pdf's that can be downloaded?

Yes! Unfortunately there is a fee involved but Kinjo has worked out a good plan. Is there anything in particular that you are looking for? PM me. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Hi and welcome, hope you'll enjoy your stay, i also see you are into bujinkan, if you have any nice theories about bujinkan spirituality i'm always up for a good chat, i don't know anything about it but trying to find stuff to read as we speak... the way of the warrior huh? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) Anyways, welcome!

Thanks bym. I've looked through the plans, it's hard for me to tell what the prices are for things IF they don't have the xxxcr next to them, is there a FAQ on the library? I'm not looking for anything in particular really, my interests are very broad and mainly centred on the human body eg psychic abilities, bujinkan, spirituality, meditation, internal alchemy or taoism, many of which have lots of interesting articles!

Thanks for pointing the way (IMG:style_emoticons/default/greedy.gif)

Treehugger. Thanks, glad to have stumbled (literally) onto this site. They're great for eating lentils with too! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/13.gif)

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Alafair, glad you asked. Thanks for the welcome too. It's what us vegetarians eat our meals with. Naw, I'm being silly. Follow this link;

http://www.fat-pie.com/salad.htm

It's some warped stuff. My kind of humour though. Enjoy (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

Dom Arigato animus, Thanks I do too! Glen Morris' books have told me MANY interesting and wonderful things about his experiences in the Bujinkan. Try searching the library here or amazon. Very eye opening into the psychic abilities of the upper ranks of the Divine Hall. What do you mean by bujinkan spirituality though? Just wanna clarify, because spirituality is one of those words that can mean many different things to many different people. Ta. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Thanks everyone for your welcomes and wishes of wellness. I'm very eagar to look around more and learn about energy healing. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/004.gif)

Thanks...
Unless stated otherwise most downloads from the Library are 30 credits. Of course, the ones that I'm drawn to are usually between 300 and 500 credits! LOL! *sigh* I'm hooked....though it still is easier to read a book, and when the electricity fails can still be read. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/mf_bookread.gif)

Ah, i will have to look it up then.
Well, as far as i have understood, bujinkan is very spiritual indeed, but for many reasons (one perhaps being that people would think its silly and not really continue training it at the start) its not talked about during my time in the dojo, just briefly.
Well, i've read sections of books by hatsumi and there's lots of spiritual philosophy going on there, and also in some regards, rituals or such.
I've also seen mentions of things that can help your astral project etc, very interesting but haven't really found a good text to read about it, just mentioned here and there.

Also i asked our head trainer about some stuff he does when greeting that noone else seems to do, or know about (?) but he said i had to figure it out for myself, alot of crosses and stuff, like slashing a sword (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

Oh yeah, and what about the part where you say shikken haramitsu daikomio (sue me for spelling japanese...) and then clap twice (to get rid of unwanted spirits) and then one clap (to bring back wanted spirits)

Oh yeah, also read somewhere about different kamais where as you can either be life bringer or life taker, based on how you are standing, holding your hands etc (preventing rain from reaching the ground etc....)

but enough rant, going to go find books by that guy you mentioned, cheers. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/13.gif)

Oh, and.. go vegetarians! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)
