Sorry I didn't catch you in time for holy week, but I never heard of this thing before and my searches came up blank until i expiremented a bit more recently. All I've been able to find is a copy in spanish here:http://sombrasmalditas.galeon.com/aficiones1142329.html I can't speak to it's completeness or effectiveness but the text definitely looks interesting and I might work a bit with this myself.

It is quite possible that no-one wants to have much to do with them. The reference in The Mystica isn't very encouraging:

"This is a collection of charms, cast in forms of prayers, which have nothing in common with those of the Church. The prayers are mainly concerned with worldly riches, not spiritual ones. It was perhaps printed in Rome in 1523, and again in 1606. Its magical virtue rests on a supposed letter from Charlemagne to Pope Leo, in which he states that since receiving the Enchiridion he has never ceased to be fortunate. The charms it contains are supposed to be effectual against all the dangers to which the human flesh is heir-poison, fire, wild beasts and tempests. .... A.G.H."

The Mystica

Edit: Have you looked in Sacred Texts

Actually, having failed to find the full text on Sacred-Texts I decided to dig a little deeper, and did find an English summary here as well as the main ritual from the text translated into English here. The next page includes some more figures from the book.

By the way third dimension, I've found one of the charms you posted in your Sacred Incantations for Illnesses thread in the text of Wednesday's prayer from the Enchiridon. "Behold the Cross of our Lord Jesus Christ. Fly, therefore, O my enemies, at the sight thereof; the Lion of the Tribe of Juda and of the Race of David hath conquered. Alleluia, Alleluia, Alleluia."
