As I say, a tongue-in-cheek topic. Still, pretty much all of them are things that I have actually done at some time or another. No wonder my non-magical associates think I am a little bit odd!
So, you know you are magical fanatic when:
- Your idea of light bedside reading is a book of correspondence tables. - There are periods when you are on speaking terms with more Gods than people. - Soap operas leave you cold, but you constantly find yourself shouting at supernatural teen TV shows for getting the occult details wrong. - You get back from the supermarket and unpack your groceries to find that whilst the various entities that live with you are going to be well fed for the next few days, you forgot to buy anything for yourself. - You've given up on the idea of home-decor. Almost every item you own has some kind of magical significance. - You blow off a hot date, giving the placement of the planetary hours as your reason. - You are accustomed to referring to your living room as, "The Temple".
It is generally at times like those that you realise a magic holiday might be on the cards!
What others are you occasionally guilty of?
Edit: Edited for a grammar error I spotted. The ones I didn't spot you'll have to live with!
