Strange Visitor In My Dream Two Nights Ago, Can someone identify them? Options

Hey everyone.

Two nights ago I had a very strange dream which was able to stay with me until I woke up (which is very rare for me as it only happens rarely and the dreams aren't usually of much significance).

I can still recall it in great detail, but first a bit of background. I was outside on the same night near my shed. I had gotten the wrong key to unlock the padlock, so I asked my little brother to get me the right one. While I was standing there, I decided to mess around a bit because I noticed the moon was unusually full. So taking a chant that I found somewhere on the net that calls to all nature spirits.

Now I know this was a little foolish, but I didn't think I would have another chance where I wouldn't look like a complete fool. It wasn't completely dark, but it was still pretty dim. So I stared up at the moon and chanted:

"Nature spirits come to me, by the light of the moon I call you to me."

Now it was very simple and I sped it up as I went and also increased the intensity in which I said it. Now I noticed that the wind picked up a little bit and the trees swayed a little, but other then that, that was all i got.

I don't know if this had some impact on this dream or not...

Now onto the dream...

I was in the middle of the ocean or a giant body of water and there was a tall, rock spire or tower. It was all natural, however it had numerous holes in the sides of it leading up to the top.

The middle was hollow except for some stairs that took me to the top. I remember climbing to the top but stopped at one of the openings in the wall about halfway up the tower. I looked out to sea and saw a massive arrangement of clouds on the horizon. Now what was strange about this was that there was a gap in the clouds, it was pretty substantial and I could see the sun through it as well as the blue sky. Now I kept going all the way to the top where I stood looking out at this gap in the clouds. All of a sudden a huge gust of wind started blowing and all this mist/cloud came blowing in right towards me. I was holding onto the side of the tower and suddenly a person/entity appeared before me.

The person just watched me and then I slipped and fell back to the bottom of the tower where I landed in a pool of water. Now I really wanted to see this person again and experience their raw power that they just created. So I climbed to the top again.

Halfway up (back where I stopped before to look out to the ocean and gap in the clouds) This entity appeared before me again.

Now this is where I initiated a conversation with it. I said something like:

"Wow that was really strong" or something stupid like that anyway. Then I said:

"Can you do it again?" and so the entity smiled at me and then all of a sudden the mist and everything that was surrounding me before got sucked back towards the gap in the clouds in reverse (along with the entity). So there was the bright sunny day again...and the gap in the cloud. The entity then did their gust of wind trick again only this time I held on and was once again surrounded by mist/cloud (im not sure about what it was because it was a grey coloured cloud).

I said to the entity:

"Wow, I wish I could do that..." and my response from the person was...

"You will one day" and with that the entity (and entire dream) stopped.

Now here is a description of the entity:

It had a blonde/gold coloured dress. It could have been shiny but I'm not sure.
It also wore like a golden breastplate or something similar, like a tank top or something...
Now the one thing that makes me think that this was an angel is that it had golden wings.
It was most definately female, or at least I'm pretty sure it was...you know...the dress and all (IMG:style_emoticons/default/13.gif) .

It was very calm and peaceful so that once again makes me think it was a kind being/angel.

Now If I take it literally I'm guessing that the dream has something to do with me desperately wanting contact with the spiritual world. If not, then maybe I'm power hungry? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/13.gif) .

I also thought of this as being an elemental (the wind and everything). But dismissed this for the angel idea.

I thought the sun in the gap between the clouds could have been a spiritual place like heaven?

Lastly, could this have been a real spirit that has made contact with me? Or am I getting my hopes up?

duh! - what don't you get about 'it worked'!

nature spirits are elementals, not angels, they are of the earth and you have been farvored by them since you called

air, earth, fire and water

welcome to the real world! - now put out some milk with a piece of bread crumbled up in it for them, and then talk to them (the elementals) every night for a month

do not miss even one night, try to do it at the same time - listen more than just talk, and don't piss them off by asking for things

you are not in control, they are teaching you

you may ask for stuff like drought-breaking, tornadoes to go elsewhere (like empty fields), fire to not happen to your house

treat them as friends and you will be much the better for it

all you got was wind and the trees swayed a little bit - jeez! - everybody wants a marching band and instant fireworks

this could be the beginning of a wonderful thing for you, unless you blow it off or screw it up - they are forgiving, but only to a point, and they answer to nobody but themselves

never dismiss anything - this is not any christian god thing with obedient angels, this is earth magick - best forget all you think you know and let them teach you from scratch

So it seems my hunch about it being an elemental was right...

Is it necessary for me to pray or something before I talk with them over milk?
Would it be wise to meditate and communicate that way, or is talking out aloud or in my head sufficient enough? Lastly, should the milk be inside or out? Or does it even matter?

put the milk outside in a saucer, and you just need to do this once or twice, when you feel like it - they aren't animals like cats with the milk/bread thing, but they do like a treat, just like somebody you don't know that's trying to talk to you handing you a candy bar, it helps you to slow down, focus and listen, and the milk-bread is the same thing as giving them a candy bar, makes them slow down and listen better to what you are saying - they don't drink it down either, just extract the essence of it - pour it out onto the ground the next morning

you really should go outside every night and speak with them, even for just a half-hour or so - just find a spot and sit quietly, just hanging out with them - whispering is best, at least at first (helps to form the ideas better for them to pick up until they get used to the way you think) - they will show you stuff, and you'll probably see lights - they don't speak words either, but emotions and thoughts pop into your head (sometimes so fast you have to ask them to slow down) - just as they have to get used to the way you think, you have to get used to the way they think - don't expect big huge bangs, expect pin-drops and the sound of rain a mile away, or the air suddenly going cold or hot or wet or dry or the wind blowing from a particular direction - all of these things have meaning (you have to work it out for yourself, there is no table of what is what) - this is your training - master communications with them and you will be a very powerful earth wizard, in every single pop-culture meaning of that idea

these are not gods nor bad or good, they are people just like you, but in a different vibration or frequency - prayer to them or anything else about them is just weird - they are free beings/people just like yourself and other people, with likes and dislikes and ideas - you called, they came, now talk, and just hang out with them - they are a lot like kids, just with super powers to us, but they take them for granted - during storms they play tag and bounce around like in a mosh pit lol - i always try to go outside in storms for a moment or two just to say hello and remind them not to trash our house

they can go a long way to help you understand that there are many different levels of existence in this world, but that's about it, they can't give you a car or super powers yourself or anything - elementals are totally cool folks - someday you may be able to ask them to do stuff, but they are totally free beings and you will never be able to really push them around, although they will protect their friends from harm sometimes and do simple stuff like wind and rain and earth moving and burn/not burn and floods and waves, you get the idea, think fullmetal alchemist doing earth magic but via the elementals

enjoy your new friends - there are tons more folks out there, hidden from our eyes,

Well not much happened last night.

I didn't expect it to, but I didn't get to stay out as long as I liked. My dog started barking and I didn't want to wake anyone (she saw the milk and bread and thought it was a snack for her).

So I decided to leave the milk and bread on a bench, but my dog decided she wanted to try a bit, but I luckily got to it before she did, so I put it up out of the way. I wanted to put it out in clear view of the moon, but I wasn't able to.

patience is everything - try from inside in a quiet room if you can't do it outside, perhaps in a window

Last night was a little more interesting. It could have been my imagination, but one or two shadows around the place (one was perched on the neighbor's roof, but could have just been the roof itself).
