I seriously recommend any of David Icke's later books - The Biggest Secret; And The Truth Shall Set You Free; Children Of The Matrix; Tales From The Time Warp ...

His fabulous web site is David Icke

I have had the priviledge of working with David Icke in workshops and sweat lodge and energy cleaning at Stonehenge and Glastonbury .... his knowledge is awesome .......................

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/punk.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/plane.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/pimp_.gif)

WARNING: His stuff is NOT for the faint hearted or the indoctrinated (IMG:style_emoticons/default/mf_popeanim.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/yikes.gif)

He tells it as it is .... lizards, Diana Murder and all ......

He is at, what one call, the exterme end of the conspiracy theorist culture. For me he proves the old saying 'if you stare in to the abyss the abyss stares in to you'. Basically he seems to have crossed the line and now the more conspiracies he looks for the more he sees.

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/yahoo.gif) I can only agree with you ... these days it applies, but however at the time of 'And The Truth Will Set You Free' ( I am the Matthew in his dedications at the start of the book) his information was spot on .... I helped in the proof reading of the book ....

The workshops were awesome and very enjoyable .... then he went too big (in my opinion) .....

http://www.skepdic.com/illuminati.html#icke

"There was a time when a man who claimed to be in contact with alien reptiles would have been shunned by the world. In today's open society, such a man is as likely to become a cult hero, guest lecturer at universities, or an author featured on talk shows, as he is to be committed to an asylum."

I find the reference to 'the indoctrinated' in the original post quite amusing. The implication being that those who don't agree that the world is a giant reptillian conspiracy are locked in a mental cage by some group/religion. I suggest it is more likely that only those who have lost all reason will believe the Ickean conspiracy is real, the rest of us are able to study/use magick and yet still see the wood for the trees.

I suppose one could say that some books are like statistics in word format; you can make them 'prove' anything.

Let me say I worked extensively with David for nearly eight years. I was in the beginning very sceptical of the claims he made in his books prior to 'And The Truth Will Set You Free' ..

But after seeing the research which was made prior to the publishing of And The Truth Will Set You Free' ... I was part of the script reading team ... which included signed statements from very prominent people ... I had a change of mind.

The respected people that would link anonymously with David ... who took advantage of David's stance ... was incredible.

Much of the information which seems astounding and unbelievable ... has actual documented proof behind it ... evidence ... David rarely (if ever) puts something in a book without it first being thoroughly researched.

I took part in many of his workshops and talks ten years ago. We did an energy cleansing ritual in Stonehenge ... the energy of the man is something very powerful.

Its easy for those who haven't been part of the David Icke Network to scoff at his claims and fall for the Media Perversions which have been created to discredit him. But after working alongside David for a while you realise there is something very profound and credible in the much of the evidence he presents in his books.

This will always be a very touchy subject with many. Evidence and proof! You can prove anything in this world. You can be deceived by even the best intention. But .... that is the beauty of the mass distraction which is out there. The information and the disinformation ... the smokescreens which have been set before our eyes.

Someone out there IS telling the truth and we must use our freewill to determine who it is ....

David Icke is profoundly spot on with many of his thereoms but miles out with others. Many of his 'predictions' in And The Truth Will Set You Free; Robots Rebellion are now facts of life .... and NO I will not back up this with 'evidence' ... the idea of this is a book review .... be open minded and find this out for yourselves! Im in full agrement with most of what icke says, i first
discoverd his existance in otakers one day while browsing
the new age, witchcraft and conspiricy theory sections
(there pritymutch in the same place) and i noticed children
of the matrix on one of the lower shelves, i picked it up,
broused a litle though the section about zack, bourght it
and haypresto i was a read aholick from that day on.
I now have a strong intrest in conspiricy theorys and the
other realms of the vibe planes. The links i mentiond are

One suspect that the same people who find Icke's research 'compelling' are the same people who queue up to watch 'What the Bleep do we know?'. My local arthouse cinema is showing this film, a shame they haven't bothered to tell anyone about the selective editing of the featured legitimate scientists, the fact that it is a made by a cult, and that most of the so-called scientists involved are members of the cult. Oh well.

Let me just say ... to all you sceptics and David Icke critics out there ... don't dismiss everything David says as 'ridiculous' or 'conspiracy mumbo-jumbo' ... that's exhibiting traits of a conditioned mind ... I once did the same thing too ... until I decided to turn up to one of his workshops as I had nothing better to do.

I scoffed about his shapeshifting lizard men until I saw one in Auckland recently!

No ... by dismissing all he says as mumbo jumbo its a bold move on your part without giving him a chance. He is not out there to convert people just out there to get information to people at a major personal risk.

His latest book is about super-holograms and a matrix like reality internet which we are all part of.... maybe far fetched in the outset ... but just listen to him ... with an open mind (sceptical with an open mind) ...

Well said Mediocracy! I admit to having a conditioned mine and to be sceptical of oddballs like David Icke until it is proven to me. I am one of these 'prove it to me before I totally believe it' at times ... !!! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/clapping.gif)

I think a conditioned mind is a trait of the human race which goes through the conveyor belt of school ... college ... conformity ... the normal/oddball phenomena ... acceptance etc etc ..... and we are all guilty of it ... its so easy to dismiss those things and those people which threaten our comfort zones ....

We are all guilty of totally dismissing the viewpoint of someone ... which is like saying we are enlightened and informed on the matters and know that the 'whatever' is not like that ... when in truth it is more than likely we know nothing about the subject other than the gossip/rumours/disinformation which leads us to react in the way we do. It is very easy to dismiss these things in this way ... and the entire race is guilty of this .... I am dismissive in this way of many things as I am sure Mr Mediocracy is too ...

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/sculacciata.gif) I am conditioned like I say ... I was and still am sceptical of much of what my good friend has to say ... but, slowly ... I accept more and more of his themes. By using myself as a perfect example as you so kindly pointed out ... shapeshifting lizard men were outside of my comfort zone and something which I thought was baloney until a month ago!!!!! Because of that experience I am now able to relate to what David is saying about shapeshifters ... and it changes the goal posts too on other things I find hard to stomach ....

What I am trying to say to people here about Mr Icke is ....forget the typical conditioned reaction that David Icke is a crank and an oddball and that he talks garbage ... people should accept his viewpoint of things and maybe, just maybe the facts may speak for themselves .... because much of what David Icke talks about is very relevant to this forum and I do feel that members would benefit by taking the guy seriously!

There is an interview on the linked site with David and a Zulu Shaman / South African Elder CREDO MUTWA which people will find very interesting ... it discusses this reality and other realities ....

Its worth a investigation ... to get another viewpoint at the least ... and also a good laugh if you still feel inclined to do so!
