I'm looking to start a collection of movies to challenge my mind. The kind of movies that you have to pay full attention to from start to finish in order to make sense of it. One example is Memento, which does not play in chronological order. The order of the events isn't important just the level of complexity. I see it as a possible method of brain training / intellectual testng. Thanks.

I haven't seen that one you mentioned but I want to when I have some time. You might like 12 angry men, one flew over the cuckoo's nest, Vertigo, reservoir dogs, Requiem for a Dream, full metal jacket, or silence of the lambs if you haven't already seen that.

I haven't thought of Full Metal Jacket as complex. A good movie. But your spot on with Hannible.
