Red robed figure.

Reputation: none	Well I'm wondering if anyone here as any info on an entity that wears a red robe with very tall blonde hair like that of Vash from Trigun. I once so him in my freshman year of high school and since than have wondered who exactly he is. When I looked at him he shielded his face from me. He's done that to many others at my school. Plus I've only seen him once...he seems to be pretty shy I guess.
