I put occasionally because it really depends on what is happening here.
I tend to have impromptu meditations quite frequently and more dedicated and specific times when I am taking classes - it helps me get focussed.
My impromptu silent times are at my desk and when I want to connect to my deeper self if I am concentrating on an article that needs more than a cursory glance and a more in depth answer.
I have found that deciding to have a set time of day and moving into a different seating area doesn't help although that is what the books suggest. I find it justs distracts me as I have to get comfortable again and adjust to the new sensations - very distracting indeed.
