I usually meditate every night before I go to bed for about 30min's to just see what thoughts come up and I try to think about why they come to mind. After about 10 min's of that I then focus on keeping my mind silent. My main purpose for meditation is to have more control over my concentration and to astral project.
I think I am going to start meditating in the morning also to see if there is a difference on how i think.
