I know dragon will probably win in a landslide but let's see by how much. If you choose other please state in the thread which animal/creature you would like to incarnate as.

Felicitations Master Bym,

My source for saying that Phoenix is female mate of dragon would be Mistress Lin and Mistress Li, both of whom are from China and oddly enough somewhat conversant with Oriental dragons and their lore. That and a bit of perusal through translated Chinese texts.

While Jiao-Long and Li-Long are both female dragons, they are generally homeless residents of lakes, marshes, or other deserted areas and are often considered either evil or of shadowed influence.

Phoenix on the other hand is the symbol of female regeneration and the continuity of life.

Should there be any other interrogatives please feel free.
