Picking up energies, Under development Options

I have never been good at picking up energies as a felt sense, but I get visuals in my head; after a really good LBRP for instance, I get excellent head stuff.

I had the same during a healing class, I couldn't feel a thing, but in my head, I could see the problem in the mans ankle and foot area, so I put my hands near there and apparently he felt a great energy - I could feel nothing.

Also when people can feel energy between their hands, mine just go together with no resistance.

Is this due to my under development or my lack of ability to sense energies?

Any sensible thoughts welcome.

Clairsentience which is the sensing of energy is indeed a different sense than projecting energy fo heal or simply opening self like a straw to allow enegy to flow through you from angels or healing guides or universal energy .You can develop both of course . If you would like to sense or feel energy better than practice psionics especially making spheres which can be imbibed with intention and sent as angel balls . With this sort or practice you develop your ability to project energy and to sense it . Open with protection .

Evoke your highest source and angels . Call them in humbly to come close to you now . Then bring energy down from the crown out into the palms with the arms spread out wide . Now bring the palms facing each other and pull your hands back and forth feeling the energy . Shape it like a snowball or a ball of dough, rolling it and patting it . Then visualise good intentions of love , hope , support , encouragement and tap it into the air lightly when it feels like a ball with the name of the receiver said aloud to the angels .
