How To Close Third Eye Options

There is a lot of info about how to open your third eye. But I want to close it so I can not see dead people anymore.

You might visualize an eye in the appropriate place and visualize it shutting. You might also try visualize a door or gate open, then shutting. With practice, you will be able to do this almost automatically. You will be able to feel when it is open and when closed. Its difficult to describe how you close or open a chakra, but it eventually becomes simple. It is also difficult to describe tying your shoelaces in words but you can do it easily.
