 Does Anyone Know About Herns?

i heard someone say that these herns are on the head and have psionic ability but i couldn't find anything else on them, any info would be helpful.

all i really know is that there are seven herns on the head and each has a different ability but i don't know what each one does. i am guessing that there knda like chakras because they are energy centers.
