i was wondering how can i remember the words to my rituals when i'm in my astral temple, i was thinking of using a recorder but wasn't sure would that be okay?

Tell me, are you asleep when you work in the Astral? Or in such a deep medatative state that you cannot remember your rituals? If this be the case, it would benefit you to learn how to divide your consciousness so that while you practice in the Astral, you can still be aware here. Ominpotence can make magick very effecient...
