 How To Charge Sigils ?

Last days I'm busy experimenting with sigils. Problem however is that with the method I'm using only two sigils get charged a day (I'm running out of sperm (IMG:style_emoticons/default/cc_surrender.gif) )
Alternatives as the deathpose are too dangerous in my opinion. I heard sigils can be charged with blood or urine, but how exactly does this help to implant this in your subconscious ???

BloodArchon was right Let one sigil take its course than charge another one. Too many and they get cluttered.

I have found that simply holding your sigil for a time works. I often find myself manipulating its energy without realizing it. Note that I have been using this method for some time now and have gotten accustomed to manipulating energy. If you find this hard try using other fluids and don’t hurt yourself. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)
