 How To Charge Sigils ?

Last days I'm busy experimenting with sigils. Problem however is that with the method I'm using only two sigils get charged a day (I'm running out of sperm (IMG:style_emoticons/default/cc_surrender.gif) )
Alternatives as the deathpose are too dangerous in my opinion. I heard sigils can be charged with blood or urine, but how exactly does this help to implant this in your subconscious ???

using urine to charge sigil, never thought or heared of that...only thought coming to mind is drinking it (IMG:style_emoticons/default/yuk.gif)
