i was wondering how can i remember the words to my rituals when i'm in my astral temple, i was thinking of using a recorder but wasn't sure would that be okay?

no i'm not asleep when i work in the astral i just can't remember all the words to the rituals sometimes. when i'm in the astral temple i am all there and not here so i can't just read what i wrote down and go back.
