i was wondering how can i remember the words to my rituals when i'm in my astral temple, i was thinking of using a recorder but wasn't sure would that be okay?

Memorise them...abit at a time. I know that you can do it! Failing this, read from a book....for very complex work a book will be needed anyhow. There is no other way...save by introducing a medium (such as a sound recording of the ritual) which you use with you supplying the visualisations... Good Luck!
