i was wondering how can i remember the words to my rituals when i'm in my astral temple, i was thinking of using a recorder but wasn't sure would that be okay?

I use large text print outs and pin them just under the triangle or whatever you are working with. If you could get the text down to a few key words that trigger the rest of the sentence for you, all the better.

Even better, is to translate the words into pictures if possible so that you can 'read' them at a glance or combine pics or symbols in text.
