 How To Charge Sigils ?

Last days I'm busy experimenting with sigils. Problem however is that with the method I'm using only two sigils get charged a day (I'm running out of sperm (IMG:style_emoticons/default/cc_surrender.gif) )
Alternatives as the deathpose are too dangerous in my opinion. I heard sigils can be charged with blood or urine, but how exactly does this help to implant this in your subconscious ???

Prepare a sort of tablet with whatever seals or names you are happy with and place the sigil (written on something seperate) on it. Design a small ritual or poem for the sigil and place it on the tablet. Say the said poem or ritual while burning a bit of insence to charge it. Voila! Its charged and stuck in your sub councious.
