Weather witches unite!

Any tips/tricks having to do weather magick would be greatly appreciated! Also, stories of successful weather witching would be interesting as well! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wizard.gif)

I don't believe anyone can control the weather as it goes - it is such a powerful force unto it's own that it just isn't going to be affected simply because someone wants it to be.
