 How To Charge Sigils ?

Last days I'm busy experimenting with sigils. Problem however is that with the method I'm using only two sigils get charged a day (I'm running out of sperm (IMG:style_emoticons/default/cc_surrender.gif) )
Alternatives as the deathpose are too dangerous in my opinion. I heard sigils can be charged with blood or urine, but how exactly does this help to implant this in your subconscious ???

The practical side of thing: Sigils_in_Theory_and_Practice.pdf ( 51.04k )

The intent side: You don't need to wear your body out, it is the pure intention put into the sigil, not the bodily act.

Focus on what you want the sigil for, become one-minded about it, blocking other thoughts out and fire that energy and thought into it with your will.

Done.
