Simple Supplies, Basics for any spell cabinet Options

Okay, I have done spells where I used random ingredients that I could find around the house, but I'm looking to stock my cabinet with basic ritual supplies that will pop up often and won't be easily obtainable. As in I would have to order them and wouldn't have them on hand if I needed them. Which ones would you suggest I stock up on and which ones won't I ever use and not need to waste money on? Do tell.

Candles, oils and herbs plus stationaries and parchments for sigils and talisman making. It really depends on what type of magick you most often want to perform.
