Pine Resin, What is it?

I usually poke 3 sticks of pine into the bread one for each of the 3 great watchers. I light the insence first as it helps purify the area. Then I conjure the fire God. Light the fire. Burn the bread. Then when the bread starts smoking I say the short conjuration of the Bandar. Then throw in some nettles. Peace!
