 How To Charge Sigils ?

Last days I'm busy experimenting with sigils. Problem however is that with the method I'm using only two sigils get charged a day (I'm running out of sperm (IMG:style_emoticons/default/cc_surrender.gif) )
Alternatives as the deathpose are too dangerous in my opinion. I heard sigils can be charged with blood or urine, but how exactly does this help to implant this in your subconscious ???

I don't know if this is of any use, but in my first hand experience with working with iron and steel, I've noticed that they become slightly magnetically charge when they are heated and then hammered enough. I'm not quite sure the "scientific" name for this process though.
