 How To Charge Sigils ?

Last days I'm busy experimenting with sigils. Problem however is that with the method I'm using only two sigils get charged a day (I'm running out of sperm (IMG:style_emoticons/default/cc_surrender.gif) )
Alternatives as the deathpose are too dangerous in my opinion. I heard sigils can be charged with blood or urine, but how exactly does this help to implant this in your subconscious ???

your first technique can get a little tiresome after a while

the best technique i have found to work really well

is the raving technqiue

its fun

and puts you into gnosis while bringing up a surplus of energy at the same time for your sigil
