I would say yes, it is possible. But, from what I understand only through O.B.E (out of body experience). I've actually moved forward a couple hours at one point. I had gone to bed with my husband in a guest room at a friends house. While I was trying to fall asleep I was thinking of something (at this point I'm not sure what it was or if it was anything important) and I don't even remember falling asleep or if I even did. I sat up and looked at the digital clock and it had said 3:14. I felt completely conscious and in control of my body and it didn't even cross my mind that I might have been asleep or outside my body. I looked down at my husband (who was asleep) and then back at the clock and 'knew' that THAT was NOT the correct time. I laid back down completely confused and there was a small moment of blackness to where I don't even remember what happened (this 'blackness' or 'void' came and went so quickly it almost didn't even register in my mind) and then I sat back up again and looked at the clock which said 12:10.

Needless to say I was a little freaked out at first. But, after following up on it through reading a couple books, time travel through O.B.E. is completely possible.

Ahhhh, that has happened to me before as well, but I have only just now connected the memory to this phenomenon. I think I just thought I was dreaming, this was a year and more ago (i've only recently become more adept at instigating OBEs.)

Learn to astral project, then apply your attention to the reality of the dimension of time. From there it'll all fall into place, but it's easier to navigate 'back' than it is to navigate 'forward'. Some difficulty with the immediate context of your physical body to a specific temporal locale, although I have read experiences in the past which, if valid, suggest that is a difficulty that can be overcome...

In the subtle dimension time and space exist as a unified, unstructured field. You can learn to enforce whatever structure you choose onto the substance of your locale, once you have your fins under you there, including any point in the dimensions of time and space, assuming you have some connection (experience) to connect you to it (which is far more broad an inclusion than it sounds).

peace
