One of my friends let me try out her newly purchased qi generator. It required me to lie down on the floor and place my feet on top of indentations on the machine. When it was turned on, the machine caused my feet and legs to swivel rhythmically What I discovered that it did was to cause me to breath harder as if exercising, but with the machine doing the work. The result was hyper-oxygenization This brought a certain light headedness that people seem to perceive as increased qi flow . I know what qi feels like and that wasn't it..
I worked for about 10 years in a Holistic Centre I remember helping to clean up the basement and finding a strange device looking somewhat like a radio. It was a radionics device. There were a couple of dials on the outside but inside there was little or no electronics. I asked the director about it afterwards and he told me what it was. I asked if it worked. Understand that the director was a very gifted therapist and I generally trust his judgement. He said that he had used it for some years with good success. I did read up on it after talking to the director, and while I don't recall the theory behind it, it made sense. Wish I could add more.

Don't worry. It'll only seem kinky the first time.
